血清CRP和NPt水平与足月胎膜早破孕妇羊膜感染的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究并探讨血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)与新蝶呤(NPt)与足月胎膜早破孕妇羊膜感染的相关性。方法选取2014年1月至2016年8月在我院行剖宫产分娩的80例足月胎膜早破孕妇作为观察组,另选取同期剖宫产分娩的80例足月正常孕妇作为对照组,对两组孕妇的CRP水平、Npt水平进行测定,比较两组孕妇的羊膜感染情况、CRP水平、Npt水平。结果观察组孕妇的羊膜感染发生率明显高于对照组孕妇(P<0.05);观察组孕妇的CRP水平、Npt水平较对照组孕妇更高(P<0.05);CRP水平、Npt水平与足月胎膜早破孕妇羊膜感染密切相关(P<0.05),且呈正相关。结论 CRP水平、Npt水平可在一定程度上反映足月胎膜早破孕妇的羊膜感染发生情况,可作为足月胎膜早破孕妇羊膜感染的诊断及预测标志物。 Objective To study and to explore serum C-reactive protein(CRP) and the new poison(NPt) and the correlation of premature rupture of membranes at term amniotic infection pregnant women. Methods From January 2014 to August 2014 in our hospital cesarean section delivery of 80 cases of premature rupture of membranes to full term pregnant women as observation group, the other selection during the same period in 80 cases of cesarean section delivery term normal pregnant women as control group, the CRP level of two groups of pregnant women, the Npt levels were determined, compared two groups of amniotic infection situation of pregnant women, CRP level, Npt levels. Results The pregnant women the amniotic infection incidence of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group in pregnant women(P〈0.05); Observation group, the CRP level of pregnant women, Npt levels higher than control group in pregnant women(P〈0.05); CRP levels, Npt levels and premature rupture of membranes at term amniotic infection is closely related to the pregnant women(P〈0.05), and positively correlated. Conclusion CRP levels, Npt levels can reflect to some extent premature rupture of membranes at term amniotic infection situation of pregnant women, premature rupture of membranes can be used as full-term pregnant women amniotic infection diagnosis and prediction markers.
