摘要
目的探讨在医院船这个特殊的平台上,重视ICU病房的床头交接班,设计护理床头交接班表格,防范护理风险发生。方法结合陆地医院床头交接班的内容,设计符合医院船ICU病房特殊性的护理床头交接班表格。结果对于38例医院船ICU住院患者,交接班内容详细、条理清晰,无1例因交班不清,对患者造成不良影响的情况发生。结论自行设计护理床头交接班表格,简单易行,明确了交接班者双方的责任,重点突出,有利于观察病情,加强了护士工作的责任心,保证了护理安全。
Objective Discuss the importance of Bedside-shift in ICU, design bedside-shift nursing table and prevent caring risk on the special platform of hospital ships. Methods Refer to the handover content in land hospitals to design a bedside-shift nursing table to meet the special requirements in hospital ships. Results For the 38 samples in ICU on hospital ships, the handover records are detailed and coherent, and none of the cases suffered from adverse reactions caused by handover problems. Conclusion A self-designed bedside-shift nursing table which is simple and easy-to-accomplish can impose the liability of both sides, emphasize key points, closely observe the patient＇s condition, enhance the nurses＇ responsibility and ensure caring safety.
