肛周脓肿在门诊行一期根治术235例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 235 Patients with Perianal Abscess Undergoing Primary Radical Resection in Outpatient Clinic

目的探讨肛周脓肿一期根治术在门诊的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析在我院门诊行肛周脓肿一期根治术235例的临床资料。结果治愈225例,形成肛瘘10例,治愈率96%。创面愈合时间18~36 d,平均愈合时间27 d,无肛门失禁、肛门狭窄等并发症。结论肛周脓肿在门诊行一期根治术收到良好的效果,有效的减轻了患者的经济负担。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of one-stage radical mastectomy for perianal abscess in outpatient department. Method Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 235 patients undergoing primary radical resection of perianal abscess in our hospital. Result 225 cases were cured and 10 cases of anal fistula were formed. The cure rate was 96%. The wound healing time was 18 to 36 days, and the average healing time was 27 days. There were no complications such as anal incontinence and anal stenosis. Conclusion Perianal abscesses received good results in the first-stage radical resection of outpatient clinics, effectively reducing the economic burden on patients.
