大学生就业力评价指标体系的构建研究

摘要 高校毕业生的就业问题已经成为社会关注的焦点和政府工作面临的重大难题之一。本文通过梳理文献,筛选出学校类型、专业类别、父母受教育程度、科研竞赛经历、技能水平、应变能力、责任意识、创新能力等23个影响大学生就业力的重要因素,并构建了大学生就业力的层次模型。利用层次分析法计算评价指标的权重,构建一套大学生就业力评价指标体系。 The employment of college graduates has become the focus of social attention and one of the major challenges of government work. In this paper, 23 important factors that affect college students'employability were selected, such us the type of college, the professional category, the education level of parents, the experience of the science contest, the level of skill, the ability to adapt, the responsibility consciousness, the creative ability. And the hierarchical model of college students' employability is also constructed. Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of evaluation index. Finally, a evaluation index system of college students'employability is constructed.
