产教融合背景下民办高校青年教师实践教学能力培养探析

Analysis On the Cultivation of Practical Teaching Ability of Private Colleges'S Young Teachers In the Context of the Integration of Maternity and Education

应用型民办高校要想在日益竞争激烈的教育市场中获得一席立足之地进而奠定进一步发展的基础,就必须加强实践教学师资队伍建设,特别是青年教师实践教学能力的提升。文章根据现有调查的资料对产教融合背景下民办高校青年实践教学能力存在的不足进行了分析,并有针对性地根据青年教师实践教学能力存在的不足提出了相应的对策。

In order to get one place in the increasingly fierce competition in education market and thus lay the foundation for further development, applied Private Colleges must strengthen the construction of practice teaching teachers troop, especially ascension of the young teachers teaching ability. According to the investigation of existing data, we analyze the existing deficiency of young teachers＇practice teaching ability in the context of the integration of maternity and education , put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to some of the defects in the young teachers＇teaching ability.
