党的十九大报告中将弘扬科学精神,普及科学知识放在了重要的位置,我们知道在普及科学知识的主要阵地中,科技馆发挥着举足轻重的作用。然而科技馆事业的发展壮大离不开关键核心因素——人才,科技馆事业的建设更离不开其人才队伍的建设,那么如何建设科技馆人才队伍,本文从选人、育人、留人三个层面进行了浅析。

In its report to the nineteenth congress of the communist party of China,the important position is to promote the scientific spirit and popularize scientific knowledge.The development and growth of science and technology museum cannot be separated from the key core factor——talents.The construction of science and technology museum is more inseparable from the construction of its talent team.This paper analyzes the selection,education and retention of personnel from three aspects.
