开发承包商管理系统,优化承包商管理工作探讨

承包商管理是江苏核电有限公司(简称:公司)生产管理中的一项重要工作,优化承包商管理工作是公司"十三五"及远期发展战略的重要战略目标。但是由于现有承包商管理相关软件之间无法进行数据的共享和交互、存在信息孤岛问题,导致公司承包商管理工作存在一定的管理缺陷和管理难题。本文通过对公司现有承包商管理相关软件和管理体系的调研和分析,提出了基于现有软件整合开发统一的承包商管理系统,通过建立统一的承包商单位和人员信息数据库,从而解决信息孤岛问题以及由此产生的管理缺陷和管理难题,并提出了开发承包商管理系统的主要目标和注意事项,为实现公司层面对承包商的全流程和电子化管理,进而全面优化公司的承包商管理工作提供借鉴和参考。

Contractor management is an important work in the production management of Jiangsu nuclear power co.,LTD.Optimizing the management of contractors is an important strategic goal of the company＇s 13th five -year plan and long-term development strategy.But because of existing the contractor management related to data sharing and interaction between the software and information isolated island problem,lead to contractor management has certain defects and management problems.This article through to the company＇s existing contractor management software and related management system of research and analysis,was proposed based on existing software exploitation and unified the contractor management system, through the establishment of a unified contractor units and personnel information database, so as to solve the problem of information island and the resulting management defects and problems,and put forward the development of the contractor management system＇s main goal and the matters needing attention,to achieve electronic management in the whole process of the contractor management,then provide reference for the comprehensive optimization of the contractor management of company.
