Today, with the rapid development of information technology, the features of the digital age have infiltrated the current thinking of the university students in their study and life, impacting and changing their cognitive and learning styles, which to some extent also subvert the tradition.College classroom model. In the reform of classroom teaching in colleges and universities, we should actively explore the gamification teaching mode, and in combination with the cognitive characteristics of college students, actively mobilize their enthusiasm for classroom participation and effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching. This article takes the "Customer Relationship Management" course as an example to focus on the gamification teaching mode under the PBL system.
