“应用化学”专业人才培养机制的研究——以“吉首大学”为例

摘要 西部民族地区"应用化学"专业人才培养机制存在很多弊端。针对人才培养机制存在的问题,本文提出组建"化学俊彦"实验班,让学生有第二次专业选择;修订应用化学课程体系,使专业方向更明确,从而体现科研特色;修订人才培养方案,提升学生的动手操作能力和专业基本功,最终提高学生的竞争力和就业率。 There are many disadvantages about talent cultivation program of applied chemistry in western minority areas. Aiming at the problem of talent cultivation mechanism, we proposed the following approaches. The first is to construct the experimental class of chemistry "Junyan", which makes the students have the second professional choice; The second is to revise the curriculum system of applied chemistry so as to make the professional direction clear, which indicates the scientific research characteristics; The third is to revise the talent training program, which improves the students爷hands-on skills and professional skills. Lastly, we hope to improve the students爷competitiveness and employment rate.
