优质护理对老年精神障碍患者生活质量的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Mental Disorders

目的探讨采用优质护理对老年精神障碍患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年4月收治的80例老年精神障碍患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。结果对比两组患者出院1周后生活质量评分,观察组患者出院后1周评分(30.12±4.08)分,明显高于对照组评分(21.04±4.57)分;观察组优良率92.5%明显高于对照组70%,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年精神障碍患者优质护理干预措施,降低疾病给患者带来的精神压力,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on elderly patients with mental disorders and quality of life. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with mental disorder in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each. Results The quality of life score 1 week after discharge were compared between the two groups with 1 week of observation group of patients after discharge score（30.12±4.08）%, significantly higher than the control group score（21.04±4.57）; excellent rate of the observation group was 92.5% significantly higher than the control group 70%, significant difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To provide high quality nursing interventions for elderly patients with mental disorders, reduce the psychological pressure of patients, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
