某区居民用药情况调查及药师干预作用研究

Investigation on Residents' Drug Use in A District and Pharmacological Intervention Study

目的了解大连金普新区居民用药常识和用药行为现状,为进行有效的药学服务提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对1218名接受安全用药科普教育宣传前后两组群体进行调查,分析药师干预效果。结果经药师干预后,培训后宣教组对培训的接受程度和对答题试卷的接受程度明显高于培训前一组,且培训后一组的安全用药知识和用药行为与培训前一组对比有显著差异。结论居民安全用药知识和行为参差不齐,应加强用药知识教育,提高居民安全用药水平。

Objective To study the current situation of common knowledge and drug behaviors of residents in Jinpu area, so as to provide evidence for effective pharmaceutical services. Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the effect of the intervention of more than 1218 people in the two groups. Results After pharmacists intervention, the training group,this set of acceptance and acceptance of the answer paper significantly higher than the former training group, and the training group of safe medication knowledge and medication behavior compared with that before training group of significant differences. Conclusion The knowledge and behavior of residents＇ safe use of medicine is uneven, and the knowledge of drug use should be strengthened to improve the level of safe drug use.
