盆底康复训练联合护理干预治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果分析

Effect of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Training combined with Nursing Intervention on Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的分析盆底康复训练联合护理干预治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病效果。方法收取我院100例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者,收取时间在2016年10月20日至2017年6月11日,并将盆底功能障碍性疾病患者随机分为两组,对照组患者实施盆底康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上实施护理干预。结果观察组盆底功能障碍性疾病患者尿失禁发生率4.00%低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复训练联合护理干预治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病具有显著效果。

Objective To analyze the pelvic foor rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of pelvic foor dysfunction effect. Methods 100 patients with pelvic foor dysfunction were collected from our hospital from October 20, 2016 to June 11, 2017, and patients with pelvic foor dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups. At the end of rehabilitation training, the observation group implemented nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Results The incidence of urinary incontinence in the observation group with pelvic foor dysfunction was 4.00% lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pelvic foor rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention has signifcant effect in treatment of pelvic foor dysfunction.
