比较奥氮平与阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效

To Compare the Clinical Efficacy of Olanzapine and Aripiprazole for Treating Schizophrenia

目的对比奥氮平与阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取2014年8月至2016年8月我院收治的100例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,分为两组,对照组患者采用奥氮平治疗,观察组患者采用阿立哌唑治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果经过8周治疗后,两组患者的PANSS总分和各个因子评分均显著降低(P<0.05),但是两组之间的差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率为88%,观察组为90%,两组对比差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥氮平与阿立哌唑均能够有效治疗精神分裂症,疗效相当。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of olanzapine and aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods From August 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital 100 cases of mental patients with schizophrenia as the research object, divided into two groups, the control group was treated with olanzapine treatment, observation group of patients with aripiprazole treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, PANSS total score and each factor score of the two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the control of clinical patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 88%, the observation group was 90%, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Olanzapine and aripiprazole can effectively treat schizophrenia, the curative effect is equivalent.
