腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及对卵巢功能的影响分析

Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery on Ovarian Cyst and Its Effect on Ovarian Function

目的探究腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及其对于卵巢囊肿功能的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月我院收治的92例需行手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则将其分为观察组和对照组,各46例。应用腹腔镜手术的方法对观察组患者进行治疗,应用开腹手术的方法对对照组患者进行治疗,比较不同分组患者的手术及恢复情况,并对手术对于两组患者卵巢功能的影响进行比较。结果观察组患者的术中出血量显著少于对照组,术后排气时间及住院时间显著短于对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。同手术前相比,两组患者FSH、LH水平显著升高(P<0.05);手术后,观察组患者FSH、LH的水平较对照组低,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用腹腔镜手术对卵巢囊肿患者进行治疗,患者机体所受到的损伤小,恢复更快,患者卵巢功能所受到的影响也较小,因而值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery on ovarian cyst and its effect on ovarian cyst function. Methods A total of 92 patients with ovarian cysts who underwent surgery were enrolled in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random assignment. The patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery. The patients in the control group were treated with open surgery. The operation and recovery of the patients were compared. The effects of the operation on the ovarian function of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group. The postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The level of FSH and LH in the two groups were significantly higher than those before operation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is used to treat patients with ovarian cysts. The damage of the patients is small and the recovery is faster. The ovarian function of the patients is also less affected, so it is worthy to be popularized and applied.
