摘要
目的分析人性化管理理念在门诊西药房当中的应用价值。方法选2015年4月至2016年4月西药房工作人员30名作为对照组,2016年6月至2017年6月西药房工作人员30名作为观察组。观察组实施人性化管理,对照组实施常规性管理。结果在患者取药等候时间、发药准确性、药房工作人员态度、药师指导特殊用药等方面进行评分,观察组评分要明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理理念在门诊西药房应用当中有重要的临床价值,能够有效缩短患者取药等候时间,提高配发药准确度、端正药房工作人员的态度,提高药师指导特殊用药的专业性。
Objective To analyze the application value of humanistic management concept in outpatient pharmacy. Methods 30 staff from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the control group, and 30 from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group. The observation group was treated with humanistic management, and the control group was given routine management. Results In patients taking medicine waiting time, dispensing accuracy, pharmacy staff attitude, pharmacists guidance of special drugs were scores of observation group were significantly higher than the control group, statistically significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The idea of humanized management has important clinical value in the outpatient pharmacy application, can effectively shorten the waiting time of patients taking medicine, improve dispensing accuracy, good pharmacy staff attitude, improve the professional guidance of pharmacist special medication.
