早期肠内与肠外营养结合在胃癌全胃切除术后的应用效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨早期肠内与肠外营养结合在胃癌全胃切除术后的应用效果。方法本次研究对象选取2016年7月至2017年9月我院收治的40例胃癌全胃切除术后患者,按照随机法将其分成两组,其中对照组(20例)使用TPN治疗,研究组(20例)患者则使用早期肠内营养加肠外营养干预治疗。对两种方法进行观察,并对比两组患者术前及术后的体质量及营养指标变化情况,同时比较两组患者的临床指标变化情况。结果研究组与对照组患者在术前体质量、前白蛋白、白蛋白和血红蛋白等营养指标上无明显差异(P>0.05);接受手术治疗后,对照组取得的各项营养指标均明显低于研究组(P<0.05);对照组在肛门排气、住院时间及排便时间取得的结果均显著高于研究组,数据比较具有显著差异性(P<0.05),研究组在营养药物费用及并发症发生率方面取得的结果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论胃癌全胃切除术患者使用早期肠内与肠外营养结合的方法进行干预治疗,可有效改善患者的营养状态,同时对缩短住院时间、缓解患者经济压力及减少术后并发症等方面均有积极的现实意义,临床推广价值高。
