摘要
目的以脑卒中为例,综合比较分析不同医保付费方式与针灸治疗费用占比的关系,方法采用数据性分析比较不同医保付费方式对于脑卒中患者针灸治疗费用的构成差别,采用多元逐步回归法找出相关因素。结果不同医保付费方式下的针灸治疗费用占比有显著性差异。结论按病种分值付费的脑卒中患者针灸治疗费用占比较高,变化更小,更稳定。
Objective As Cerebral Apoplexy for an example, Comprehensive comparative analysis Relationship between different medical insurance payment method and cost of Acupuncture treatment. Methods Data analysis and comparison the difference between different medical insurance payment method at Acupuncture treatment cost. Results Significant difference between Acupuncture treatment cost in different medical insurance payment method. Conclusion DRGS for Cerebral Apoplexy Patients at Acupuncture treatment cost is higher, Change smaller, and more stable.
