This paper introduced a complete set of core mold production technology for rack product.The design of shooting core mold was analyzed from sand core typesetting,mold body design,shooting nozzle and exhausting design.The selection of the main shooting parameters was shared. The common solutions for typical problems of shot cores were put forward.
