摘要
高合金钢产品的化学元素含量分析采用GB/T 11170-2008不锈钢多元素含量的测定,火花放电原子发射光谱法(常规法)进行测定,通过对不同材质的高合金钢中铬(Cr)元素含量的测定,分析了导致测量结果不准确的主要原因,以及避免检测偏差出现的方法和措施。
The chemical element content of high alloy steel products was analyzed by GB/T 11170-2008 stainless steel multielement content determination method,spark discharge atomic emission spectrometry. Through the determination of chromium( Cr)element content in different of high alloy steel,the main causes of inaccurate measurement results were analyzed,as well as the methods and measures to avoid detection deviation.
