本文以钛合金生产企业设备维护现状为研究对象,结合设备维护管理的相关知识以及企业生产过程中设备维护的具体特点,经过对设备故障定义、测量、分析,将设备管理情况进行分类并深入进行了设备维护过程中存在问题的成因分析,并进一步提出了具体的改进方案。

The current status of equipment maintenance in titanium alloy enterprises is studied,combined with the knowledge of equipment management and specific characteristics of equipment maintenance in the production process of the enterprise.After the definition,measurement and analysis, the equipment failure is classified,and the cause analysis of problems in equipment maintenance is carried out.The results of the study set up a theoretical foundation for further research on the improvement plan.
