摘要
随着核电站运行时间的增长,倒U型传热管必须经受超高水压、极端温度、核辐射的影响,容易产生裂纹、凹陷等缺陷,最终导致传热管与管板连接处焊缝的失效。为了对此处焊缝进行渗透检查,研制了一套蒸发器传热管密封焊液体渗透自动检查设备(PECKER)。本文阐述了此设备的工作原理、结构、检验技术以及试验验证的结果。
Along with the growth of the plant running time, inverted U type heat pipe must be subjected to high pressure, the influence of extreme temperature, radiation, easy to produce the defects such as cracks, dents, eventually leading to transfer heat tube to tubesheet joint weld failure.In order to infiltrate the weld, a set of evaporator heat pipe seal welding liquid permeable automatic inspection equipment(PECKER) was developed.This paper describes the working principle, structure, inspection technology and test results of the equipment.
