摘要
采用标准件/通用小零件是民用航空发动机在研发过程中提高设计效率、降低研发成本和风险以及实现型号系列化发展的重要手段之一。文中给出了关于民用航空发动机标准件/通用小零件数据库建设的几点建议,包括数据库在多型号间的通用性、在多参研单位间的共享性、合理限制标准件/通用小零件的材料种类和尺寸规格、采用数字化和参数化建模以及注重在航空发动机研制过程中标准件/通用小零件的管理工作等,为民用航空发动机标准件和通用小零件数据库的建设提供参考。
The adoption of standard parts and general small parts is one of the important means to improve the design efficiency, reduce the RD cost and risk, and realize the serialization development of the civil aero engine.Some suggestions on the construction of standard parts and general small parts database for civil aviation engine are given in this paper, including commonality between projects, the sharing among the partners, the reasonable restriction of the material type and the size, the digital and parametric modeling and the management of standard parts and general parts adopted in aero-engine development, which provide reference for the construction of standard parts and general small parts database for civil aero-engines.
