摘要
钨是一种高密度,高熔点,高强度,低热膨胀系数的稀有金属,而铜具有良好的导热性和导电性。两种金属元素既不相溶也不形成金属化合物,熔点差是非常大的(钨3410℃,铜1084.5℃),所以钨铜复合材料是由体心立方钨颗粒和面心立方铜结合相组成的复合材料。本文重点介绍制备钨铜复合材料的工艺,并讨论了钨铜复合材料的应用方向。
