摘要
在室内单芯光缆生产过程中,纱线放线张力对挤塑外径和挤塑稳定性、成品黏连度和剥离度等工艺参数具有较大的干扰作用,纱线放线张力的波动会严重影响着室内单芯光缆的成品质量,纱线放线张力的在线动态调节需要通过合理的机械结构设计,本文采取机械形式的配重方法和杠杆原理,实现张力大小手动可调、张力在线动态调节的功能,为室内单芯光缆的稳定生产做好铺垫。
During the production of indoor single core fiber cable, yarn tension can greatly interfere with the process parameters such as extruding outer diameter, extrusion stability, product viscosity and dissection degree.The fluctuation of yarn tension will seriously affect the quality of the single core fiber cable in the interior, and the on-line dynamic adjustment of yarn tension should be needed.Through reasonable design of mechanical structure, this paper adopts the weight method and lever principle of mechanical form to realize the function of the manual adjustable tension and the dynamic adjustment of tension on line, so as to pave the way for the stable production of single core optical cable in the room.
