摘要
目的分析超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)联合检测预测2型糖尿病围绝经期女性外周血管病变(peripheral vascular disease,PVD)的应用价值。方法选择2016年6月至2018年2月于本院就诊的134例2型糖尿病围绝经期女性纳入观察组,其中合并PVD 67例(PVD组),未合并PVD 67例(无PVD组),另选择于本院行健康体检的67例围绝经期女性纳入对照组。调查所有研究对象的年龄、病程、糖尿病病史、药物使用等相关情况,比较三组研究对象的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、SOD及MDA水平,分析SOD和MDA与2型糖尿病围绝经期女性PVD的相关性。结果无PVD组与PVD组患者的病程、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平差异均无显著性(P_均>0.05);无PVD组和PVD组患者SOD水平均显著低于对照组(P_均<0.05),MDA水平均显著高于对照组(P_均<0.05),且PVD组患者SOD水平显著低于无PVD组(P<0.05),MDA水平显著高于无PVD组(P<0.05);2型糖尿病围绝经期女性PVD与SOD水平呈明显负相关(r=-0.473,P<0.01),与MDA水平呈明显正相关(r=0.461,P<0.01)。结论 SOD与MDA与2型糖尿病围绝经期女性PVD具有明显相关性,二者联合检测对预测2型糖尿病围绝经期女性PVD具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application value of superoxide dismutase(SOD) combined with malondialdehyde(MDA) in peripheral vascular disease(PVD) of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) in perimenopausal women. Method 134 perimenopausal women with T2DM were enrolled in our hospital from June 2016 to February 2018, and were selected as observation group, including 67 patients with non-PVD(non-PVD group) and 67 patients with PVD(PVD group). Another 67 cases of perimenopausal women who were received physical examination in our hospital served as control group. All the subjects were investigated on the basis of age, course of illness, history of diabetes, and drug use, and participated in the second day of the study to measure levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1 c), SOD, and MDA. The levels of SOD and MDA were compared among three groups, and the correlation between SOD, MDA and perimenopausal women with T2DM was analyzed. Result There was no significant difference in the course of disease, FBG, and Hb A1 c between non-PVD group and PVD group(P_(all) 0.05). The SOD level of non-PVD group and PVD group were significantly lower than those of control group(P_(all) 0.05), and the MDA level were significantly higher than those of control group(P_(all) 0.05), the SOD level of of PVD group was significantly lower than that of non-PVD group(P〈0.05), the MDA level of PVD group was significantly higher than that of non-PVD group(P〈0.05). There was a negative correlation between PVD and SOD level(r =-0.473, P〈0.01) and a positive correlation with MDA level(r = 0.461, P〈0.01) in perimenopausal women with T2DM. Conclusion SOD and MDA have a significant correlation with PVD in perimenopausal women with T2DM. The combined test of the two is of high value for predicting PVD in perimenopausal women with T2DM.
