Development Experience on Integration of Urban and Rural Transport in Developed Countries

回顾了发达国家城乡交通一体化的现状和发展等内容,指出各个国家城乡交通的特点与优势,并结合我国城乡交通的发展背景和实际情况,提出适用于中国城乡交通一体化的发展启示:注重城乡交通立法、健全城乡管理机制、注重城乡规划编制的实施、加强城乡基础设施的建设、建立城乡交通的财税制度等.

With the continuous development of China＇s urban and rural economy,unreasonable urban and rural transportation planning has become increasingly prominent. The country has been exploring the development mode and guidelines on the integration of urban and rural transport in China. This paper reviews the status and development on the integration of urban and rural transport in developed countries,points out the characteristics and advantages of each country＇s urban and rural transport,and combines with the Chinese development background and the actual situation on urban and rural transport to propose the development enlightenment which applies to the integration on urban and rural transport in China：Focusing on transportation legislation,improving management mechanisms,paying attention to planning preparation,strengthening infrastructure construction,and establishing traffic taxation system on urban and rural transport.
