网络谣言研究述评:对内涵特征、孵化平台、规律机制的观照

网络谣言作为一种新的谣言传播形式,正逐步进入公众视野,影响着信息的传播,认识网络谣言、规避网络谣言危害,成为了迫在眉睫要解决的社会问题。观照网络谣言发展历史,发现网络谣言的瞬时更新性、阶段爆发性、经济利益性等特点均已超出了传统谣言的内涵与特征,而不断涌现的新兴网络平台则成为了谣言网络孵化的"温床"。只有在正确把握网络谣言的形成机制、传播演化机制的基础上,进一步探寻人际信任规律,才能为网络谣言的治理提供必要的理论支撑。

With its new form of spreading, Internet rumors are gradually entering the public view and affecting the dissemination of information. Thus there is a pressing need for our society to understand Internet rumors and avoid its harmfulness. In view of the development of Internet rumors, it is easy to find their differences from traditional rumors such as the instantaneous update, the staged explosiveness, and the greater influence on economic interests. And the emerging network platforms have become the ＂incubators＂ of Internet rumors. Only with understanding correctly the mechanisms of the formation, the dissemination, and the evolution of Internet rumors, and with a further exploration into the regulations of interpersonal trust, can we provide the necessary theoretical support for the governance of Internet rumors.
