全媒体语境下国家话语体系建构的双重转向

The Double Shift of Construction of China National Discourse System in the Omnimedia Context

在全媒体语境下,动态竞争的多元话语生态得以形成,角逐公众认同成为国家话语体系建构的核心,传统话语权视域下"重资源投入、轻价值统摄"的建构导向与此相矛盾。因此,国家话语体系建构需实现观念和实践的双重转向:观念上,从话语权转向话语力,即从重视资源占有和支配转向赢得公众关注、理解与认同;实践上,从资源投入转向价值统摄。观念和实践的双重转向需要提炼国家话语体系的"主题词"——"和",以"和"价值统摄国内政治话语、国内非政治话语、国际政治话语和国际非政治话语,使其具有灵魂和张力,通过再启蒙,培育身心和谐且深谙"和"价值与"和"故事的国民。

In the context of omnimedia, multiple competing discourse systems are formed. The competition for public identification becomes the core of the construction of the national discourse system. From the perspective of traditional discourse power, we pay attention to resources input, but neglect the value consensus, which is contradictory to gaining the recognition of the public in the era of omnimedia. Therefore, the construction of national discourse system needs to realize the double shift of concept and practice. In concept, we need to shift from discourse power to discourse influence . In other words , we should turn from the focus on resource possession and domination to winning public attention, understanding and identification. In practice, we need to shift from resource input to value consensus. The double shift of concept and practice needs to refine the ＂subject tez^ns ＂ of the national discourse system-＂ He＂ . Taking the value of ＂He＂ as theme, we integrate the domestic political discourse, the domestic nonpolitical discourse, the international political discourse, and the international nonpolitical discourse. So, it has the soul and tension. Through the re-enlightenment, we need to cultivate the citizens who can realize harmonious development of body and mind, understanding the connotation of the value of ＂He＂ well , and telling the story about it expertly.
