摘要
目的进一步探讨基于问题式教学法(PBL)联合基于案例教学法(CBL)的模式在内分泌科留学生临床教学中的效果。方法将教学对象分为两组:传统教学组(20人)采用传统授课方法 ;联合教学组(20人)采用PBL联合CBL的教学方法。对其效果进行评估,评估指标包括临床思维能力、教学质量评分等。结果联合教学组的留学生在各项评估指标上均优于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合CBL的教学模式能有效提高内分泌科留学生的教学质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) and case-based learning (CBL) teaching approaches in the endocrinology teaching of foreign students. Methods The subjects were divided into a control group (20 students) and an experimental group (20 students). In the control group, the students were taught via traditional teaching methods. The PBL and CBL teaching approach was applied in the experimental group. Then, the clinical thinking ability, teaching quality scores and other evaluation indexes were assessed in these two groups. Results The evaluation indexes in the experimental group were signifcantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching model can effectively improve the teaching quality.
