PBL教学在泌尿外科实习带教中的效果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究PBL教学在泌尿外科实习带教中的效果,以及实习医师对于PBL教学方式的接受度。方法通过近两届实习医师PBL教学实践和调查问卷,实习医师对于PBL教学与传统教学方式的教学效果进行打分,调查实习医师对于PBL教学效果的评价,并对比其对于PBL教学方式及传统教学方式的接受度。结果共回收在127份问卷。掌握理论知识效果方面,传统教学方式评分高于PBL教学方式,但组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);提高临床实践能力,理论与实践结合能力,提高协作能力,掌握最新科研动态方面,PBL教学方式评分均高于传统教学方式,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);喜欢PBL教学方式与喜欢传统教学方式的比例为82∶45,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统教学方式对比,更多的实习医生认为PBL教学方式具有更好的教学效果,并愿意于接受PBL教学方式。 Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching in urinary surgery practice teaching, and the acceptability of intern doctor for PBL teaching mode. Methods Intern doctor gived scores for teaching effect of PBL teaching mode and traditional teaching through PBL teaching practice and questionnaire of the nearly 2 years intern doctor, surveyed the evaluation of teaching effect of intern doctor for PBL teaching mode, compared the acceptability of intern doctor for PBL teaching mode and traditional teaching. Results A total of 127 cases questionnaires were took back, the scores of mastered the theoretical knowledge effect of traditional teaching mode was higher than that of PBL teaching mode, the difference was not statistically signifcant (P〉0.05); the scores of enhancing clinical practice ability, theory and practice of combining ability, enhancing cooperation ability, mastered the latest developments in scientifc research of PBL teaching mode were higher than that of traditional teaching mode, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); the proportion of intern doctor who liked the PBL teaching mode and who liked traditional teaching were 82 45, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching mode, there are more intern doctors who consider the teaching effect of PBL teaching mode is better, and they are willing to accept PBL teaching mode.
