摘要 随着教育信息化技术的快速发展,"远程同步互动课堂"已作为新课堂教学模式改革的有效手段。研究广东医科大学应用型临床医学本科专业"3+2"人才培养模式试行过程中发现的优势和不足,针对分散在多地的非直属医院在临床医学专业理论教学中因师资及办学条件差异造成教学质量不均衡的难题,探索基于"远程同步互动课堂"的临床医学专业教学方式,通过学校与医院建立合作机制,学校组织临床专业教师参与教学活动,医院提供临床教学资源和进行临床带教,有效地践行了临床医学本科专业人才培养的综合改革,并可为临床医学教学提档升级作为参考。 [Abstract] With the rapid development of educational information technology, "remote synchronous interactive classroom" has been an effective way to reform the new classroom teaching mode. The advantages and disadvantages of the "3+2" training model of Applied Clinical Medical Undergraduate Specialty in Guangdong Medical University were studied. The problem of unbalanced teaching quality in the clinical medicine theory teaching caused by the difference of teachers and teaching conditions in the non-direct hospitals scattered in many places was explored. The teaching methods of clinical medicine based on "remote synchronous interactive classroom" was explored. According to the partnership between university and hospital, university organized clinical professional teachers to participate in teaching activities, and hospitals provided clinical teaching resources and carry out clinical teaching. The comprehensive reform has been effectively cultivated in the practice of clinical medical undergraduate professional teaching, and it can be used as reference for the upgrading of clinical medicine teaching.
