微创经皮肾碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy for the Treatment of Upper Urinary Calculi

目的分析微创经皮肾碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果。方法选择2017年1—12月在我院接受治疗的上尿路结石患者76例作为研究对象。按照随机原则,将其分成对照组及观察组,每组各38例。对照组施行开放式手术,观察组施行微创经皮肾碎石取石术进行治疗,分析两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症总发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一次性成功碎石率稍低于对照组,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微创经皮肾碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果较好,可显著缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量,有利于预后。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of upper urinary calculi. Methods 76 patients with upper urinary tract stones treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 as the research objects. According to the principle of randomization, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, 38 cases in each group. Open surgery was performed in the control group. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy. The treatment effect of two groups of children was analyzed. Results The operative time, intraoperative blood loss and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, and the one-time successful lithotripsy rate in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy has a good clinical effect for upper urinary calculi, which can significantly shorten operative time, reduce intraoperative blood loss and beneft prognosis.
