不同锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效比较

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy Between Proximal Humeral Locking Compression Plate and Traditional Plate in the Treatment of Proximal Humeral Fractures

目的观察肱骨近端加压锁定钢板与传统钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效比较。方法抽取我院2017年3—8月行传统钢板手术治疗的31例肱骨近端骨折患者作为对照组,以2017年9月—2018年3月行加压锁定钢板治疗的31例肱骨近端骨折患者作为治疗组,对患者资料进行回顾性分析。比较两组的康复优良率。结果治疗组患者的康复优良率为93.5%,对照组患者的康复优良率为71.0%,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肱骨近端骨折的患者,采取肱骨近端加压锁定钢板方式进行治疗利于术后肢体功能的尽快恢复,而且有着很高的康复优良率,效果可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of proximal humeral locking compression plate and traditional plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures. Methods A total of 31 cases of patients with proximal humeral fractures treated in our hospital from March to August 2017 were selected as control group. 31 cases of patients with proximal humeral fractures treated with compression locking plate from September 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the treatment group. The data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively. The good rate of rehabilitation in the two groups was compared. Results the excellent and good rate was 93.5% in the treatment group and 71.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with proximal humerus fracture, the treatment of the proximal humerus compression locking plate is benefcial to the recovery of the postoperative limb function, and it has a high recovery rate.
