经皮微创内固定与常规切开复位治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析经皮微创内固定与常规切开复位内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选择我院2016年7月—2017年5月收治的胫骨远端骨折患者58例作为研究对象。依据治疗方法差异性,将所有患者均分两组。予以常规切开复位内固定治疗的29例患者作为参照组,予以经皮微创内固定治疗的29例患者作为研究组,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者的出血量、手术用时、住院天数对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗优良率为96.5%,高于参照组的72.4%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胫骨远端骨折予以经皮微创内固定,不仅具有较小的创伤,同时具有较快的恢复速度。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation and conventional open reduction internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods 58 patients with distal tibial fractures admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects. According to the difference of treatment, all patients were divided into two groups. 29 patients treated by conventional open reduction and internal fixation were used as the reference group. 29 cases of percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation were used as research group. The therapeutic effects of two groups of patients were compared. Results The difference in bleeding volume, operative time and length of stay between the two groups were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was 96.5%, higher than that in the reference group (72.4%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The distal radius fractures are percutaneously minimally invasively fixed, which not only has less trauma but also has a faster recovery speed.
