平阳霉素联合普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿头面部血管瘤疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Pingyangmycin Combined With Propranolol on Infantile Head and Facial Hemangioma

目的探究平阳霉素联合普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿头面部血管瘤疗效。方法选取2012年1月—2017年12月在我口腔门诊部就诊的头面部血管瘤患儿57例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取平阳霉素治疗,观察组在此基础上,再联合普罗奈尔治疗。对比两组患儿的疗效。结果观察组瘤体大小分级优于对照组;观察组患儿不良反应发生率为6.9%,低于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取平阳霉素联合普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿头面部血管瘤,疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of pingyangmycin combined with propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas. Methods 57 children with hemangioma of head and face treated in our dental clinic from January 2012 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with Pingyangmycin. On the basis of the observation group, combined with Nair＇s treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The size classifcation of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 6.9%, which was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of cephalic hemangiomas in infants and young children with pingyangmycin combined with propranolol has signifcant curative effect and high safety.
