滋阴和阳法治疗激素无效血小板减少性紫癜临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Thrombocytopenic Purpura With Hormone Therapy

目的分析探讨使用滋阴和阳法治疗激素无效血小板减少性紫癜的临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月收治的88例激素无效血小板减少性紫癜患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各44例患者。接受脾切除术治疗的患者作为对照组,接受滋阴和阳法治疗的患者作为观察组。分析比较两种治疗方法的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗的总有效率,和对照组相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为9.09%,和对照组的22.73%相比显著较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对激素治疗无效的血小板减少性紫癜使用滋阴和阳法的中医治疗方法临床应用效果较好。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of using yin and yang combined to treat hormone-reduced thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods from January 2016 to December 2017, 88 patients with steroid ineffective thrombocytopenic purpura were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 44 patients in each group. Patients undergoing splenectomy were used as control group. Patients receiving nourishing yin and Yang therapy were taken as observation group. The clinical effects of the two treatments were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was not statistically significant compared with that of the control group （P 〉 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.09%, which was signifcantly lower than that in the control group （22.73%）. The difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment method of nourishing yin and yang of thrombocytopenic purpura, which is not effective for hormone therapy.
