摘要
目的研究分析冠心病患者接受茯苓桂枝白术汤加减治疗的效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取2015年5月—2016年5月我院收治的冠心病患者100例作为研究对象,将全部患者分为常规组和中药组。常规组患者接受西药治疗,中药组患者接受西药治疗和中药茯苓桂枝白术汤加减治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果与不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果中药组中,28例显效,17例有效,治疗有效率为90%;常规组中,19例显效,10例有效,有效率为58%,中药组治疗有效率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.656,P<0.05)。常规组不良反应发生率为18%,中药组不良反应发生率为6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者接受茯苓桂枝白术汤加减治疗的效果突出,患者不良反应率低。
Objective To study the effect of poria guizhi baizhi decoction on coronary heart disease and provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research subjects. All the patients were divided into routine group and traditional Chinese medicine group. The patients in the routine group were treated with western medicine. The patients in the Chinese medicine group received western medicine treatment and the treatment with Chinese medicine Fuling Guizhi Baizhu decoction. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results 28 cases in the Chinese medicine group were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective, the effective rate was 90%, 19 cases in the conventional group were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective, the effective rate was 58%, and the effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the conventional group, the difference was statistically signifcant (χ2=4.656, P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the conventional group was 18%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group was 6%, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of tuckahoe Guizhi Baizhi Decoction in patients with coronary heart disease is outstanding, the rate of adverse reaction is low.
