针灸背俞穴联合局部围刺治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture at Back Shu Point Combined With Local Acupuncture on Chloasma

目的分析黄褐斑患者采用针灸背俞穴联合局部围刺治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年3—6月收治的90例黄褐斑患者作为研究对象。采用电脑随机分配法,将其分为治疗组(30例,局部围刺)、对照组(30例,针灸背俞穴)、联合组(30例,针灸背俞穴联合局部围刺),对比三组患者治疗效果以及复发率。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率(70.0%)和对照组(66.7%)对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组患者治疗总有效率(96.7%)高于治疗组、对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组(10.0%)、对照组(6.7%)、联合组(3.3%)复发率对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄褐斑患者采用针灸背俞穴联合局部围刺治疗的效果良好,且复发率较低。

Objective To analyze the clinical effcacy of acupuncture at back Shu point combined with local surround needling for chloasma patients. Methods 90 cases of chloasma patients in our hospital from March to June 2017 were selected as the study objects. According to the difference divided into treatment group （30 cases, local peri needling）, control group （30 cases, acupuncture back Shu point）, combined group （30 cases, acupuncture back shu point combined department encircling acupuncture）, comparison of treatment effect and recurrence rate in the three groups Results The total effective rate of the treatment group （70.0%） and the control group （66.7%） were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The total effective rate of the combined group （96.7%） was higher than that of the treatment group and the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The recurrence rate in treatment group （10.0%）, control group （6.7%） and combined group （3.3%） was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of chloasma patients with acupuncture at back Shu point combined with local surround needling is effective, and the recurrence rate is low.
