早期康复治疗对于患者脑卒中后肢体运动功能障碍的影响

The Effect of Early Rehabilitation Therapy on Limb Motor Function Disturbance After Stroke

目的研究康复治疗对脑卒中患者肢体运动障碍的影响。方法选取2015年7月—2018年2月本院收治脑卒中患者88例作为研究对象,将其随机均分为对症治疗组和康复治疗组。对症治疗组患者采用基础对症治疗,康复治疗组患者在采取基础对症治疗的同时,早期结合康复治疗。研究两组运动功能、生活功能恢复情况和并发症情况。结果康复治疗组患者运动功能、生活功能恢复情况和并发症情况均优于对症治疗组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者早期进行康复治疗,可改善其肢体运动功能,提升患者的生活能力,降低相关并发症发生风险,效果较好。

Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation therapy on limb movement disorders in stroke patients. Methods 88 patients with stroke in our hospital from July 2015 to February 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into symptomatic treatment group and rehabilitation group. The patients in the symptomatic treatment group were treated with basic symptomatic treatment. The patients in the rehabilitation group were treated with basic symptomatic treatment and combined with rehabilitation therapy at the early stage. The motor function, recovery of life function and complications of the two groups were studied. Results The exercise function, the recovery of life function and the complications in the rehabilitation group were all better than those of the symptomatic treatment group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation of patients with stroke can improve their motor function, improve their ability to live, and reduce the risk of related complications.
