护理模式在妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压产妇中的价值

The Value of Nursing Model in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Combined With Gestational Hypertension

目的探析优质护理模式在妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压产妇中的运用价值。方法选择2017年3月—2018年3月我院收治的妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压产妇70例作为研究对象。采用数字表法,将其随机分为两组。对照组施行常规护理,研究组则施行优质护理模式,对比两组护理后对产妇血压、血糖、并发症及满意度的影响。结果护理后,研究组血压、血糖水平、并发症发生率及总满意度等指标,与对照组对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压产妇中开展优质护理,能够有效改善产妇血糖、血压水平,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the value of high quality nursing model in gestational diabetes mellitus combined with gestational hypertension. Methods From March 2017 to March 2018, 70 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension were selected as the research subjects. The digital table method was used to divide them into two groups randomly. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received high quality nursing mode. The effects of two groups on maternal blood pressure, blood sugar, complications and satisfaction were compared. Results After nursing, the blood pressure, the blood sugar level, the incidence of complications and the total satisfaction were compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Gestational diabetes merged gestational hypertension in maternal quality care, can effectively improve maternal blood glucose, blood pressure level, reduce the incidence of complications.
