探析临床护理路径实施于老年高血压护理中的作用

To Explore the Role of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Elderly Hypertension Nursing

目的探析临床护理路径实施于老年高血压护理中的作用。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月收治的120例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各60例。常规组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者实施临床护理干预,对比两组患者护理满意度和住院时间、收缩压和舒张压。结果护理后,实验组的护理满意度高于常规组,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的舒张压、收缩压以及住院时间等指标均优于常规组,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年高血压护理中应用到临床护理,有极其显著的疗效。

Objective To explore the role of clinical nursing pathway in elderly hypertension nursing. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 120 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with clinical nursing intervention, and the nursing satisfaction and time of hospitalization, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group. The difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and length of stay in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application to clinical nursing in senile hypertensive care has remarkable curative effect.
