PDCA循环在种植牙围手术期护理的具体运用

The Application of PDCA Cycle in the Perioperative Nursing of Dental Implants

目的探究PDCA循环在种植牙围手术期护理中的应用价值。方法选择2016年1—12月入住我院行种植牙治疗的114例患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序,将其分为参照组、研究组,每组各57例。两组患者分别予以常规护理、PDCA循环护理,对比两组患者的效果。结果研究组有63颗种植牙,60颗种植成功,植牙成功率为95.24%;参照组有61颗种植牙,51颗植牙成功,植牙成功率为83.61%,研究组植牙成功率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为1.75%(1/57),低于参照组的12.28%(7/57),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在围手术期予以种植牙患者PDCA循环护理,能够有效提升植牙成功率,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application value of PDCA circulation in the perioperative nursing of dental implant. Methods 114 patients who underwent dental implant treatment in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the research objects. According to the order of admission, they were divided into a reference group and a research group, 57 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given routine nursing and PDCA cycle nursing respectively, and the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The study group had 63 dental implants, 60 were successfully planted, and the success rate of dental implant was 95.24%. In the reference group, there were 61 dental implants, 51 were successful, and the success rate was 83.61%. The success rate of dental implant in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group was 1.75% （1/57）, lower than the reference group of 12.28% （7/57）, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The PDCA cycle nursing of dental implant patients during the perioperative period can effectively improve the success rate of dental implant and reduce the incidence of complications.
