常规护理和优质护理在老年高血压护理中的效果

The Effect of Routine Nursing and High Quality Nursing in Elderly Patients With Hypertension

目的比较常规护理和优质护理在老年高血压护理中的效果。方法选取我院接诊的高血压患者120例。对照组60例进行常规护理,观察组60例进行优质护理服务,对比两组患者的血压水平和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为98.33%,高于对照组的88.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理前的血压水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者的血压水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者开展优质护理服务,能够帮助患者稳步降低血压,同时提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To compare the effect of routine nursing and high quality nursing in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 120 hypertensive patients in our hospital were selected. In the control group, 60 cases were given routine nursing, while 60 cases in the observation group received high-quality nursing service. The blood pressure level and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 98.33%, which was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （88.33%）, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）; The blood pressure level of the two groups before nursing was compared, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, and the blood pressure level of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after nursing, and the level of blood pressure in the observation group was signifcantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Carrying out high quality nursing service for elderly patients with hypertension can help patients steadily reduce their blood pressure and improve their nursing satisfaction.
