综合护理干预对肾病综合征患者服用激素治疗依从性的作用

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Compliance of Nephrotic Syndrome Patients With Hormone Therapy

目的探讨综合护理干预对肾病综合征患者服用激素治疗依从性的影响作用。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月在我院治疗的肾病综合征患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组均50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预。结果观察组患者的临床治疗依从性为96.00%,高于对照组患者的68.00%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的疾病总缓解率为94.00%,高于对照组患者的76.00%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够显著提高肾病综合征患者激素治疗依从性,从而促使其临床疗效得到提升。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance of nephrotic syndrome patients with hormone therapy. Methods 100 patients with nephrotic syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The clinical treatment compliance of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than that of the control group （68.00%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total remission rate of the patients in the observation group was 94.00%, higher than that in the control group （76.00%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance of steroid therapy in patients with nephrotic syndrome.
