整体护理在无痛胃镜检查与治疗中的应用价值探讨

目的探讨整体护理在无痛胃镜检查与治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选择2017年9—12月本院实施无痛胃镜检查患者80例作为研究对象。按照随机数字法,将其分为两组,每组各40例。观察组实施本研究整体护理,对照组实施常规护理,主要以术中配合医师操作为主。比较两组治疗过程中出现的不良反应,统计两组治疗过程中生命体征变化情况。结果治疗过程中,观察组出现的不良反应如恶心呕吐、呃逆、心动过缓及肢体躁动等总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生命体征基本在正常范围内,且呼吸频率低于对照组,心率慢于对照组,平均动脉压高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于无痛胃镜者实施整体护理干预,有效的减少了检查不良反应,提高检查安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical value of holistic nursing in painless gastroscopy and treatment. Methods 80 cases undergoing painless gastroscopy in our hospital from September to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group implemented the overall nursing care in this study, and the control group performed routine care, mainly based on the doctor＇s operation during the operation. The adverse reactions that occurred during the treatment of the two groups were compared and the changes in vital signs during the treatment of the two groups were calculated. Results During the course of treatment, the adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, hiccups, bradycardia and limb turbulence were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Vital signs in the observation group were basically within the normal range, and breathing The frequency was lower than the control group, the heart rate was slower than the control group, and the mean arterial pressure was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing interventions for painless gastroscopes can effectively reduce the adverse reactions and improve the safety of inspections. It is worth promoting.
