循证护理在人工肝血浆置换治疗重症肝炎中的应用体会

Application of Evidence-based Nursing in the Treatment of Severe Hepatitis With Artificial Liver Plasma Exchange

目的探讨循证护理在人工肝血浆置换治疗重症肝炎中的应用体会。方法选取我科室2016年2月—2017年7月收治的80例重症肝炎患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理。比较两组患者的临床疗效以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率、护理满意度等均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在人工肝血浆置换治疗重症肝炎中的应用效果显著,既能显著提升患者治疗效果,又能提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in artificial liver plasma exchange in the treatment of severe hepatitis. Methods 80 cases of severe hepatitis patients in our department from February 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the study objedts, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, the observation group received evidence-based nursing. The two groups of clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The treatment effciency and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of severe hepatitis with artificial liver plasma exchange in significant, can significantly improve the treatment effect It can also improve the satisfaction of nursing.
