青海省基层地区构建生态法治文化体系的路径探析

An analysis on the path of constructing the culture system of ecological rule of law in qinghai grass-roots area

青海是国家首批的生态文明先行示范区。在全面推进依法治国的大背景之下,运用生态法治文化建设,对构建青海生态文明先行示范区具有重要的推动作用。文章立足于青海省生态法治的实际,深入分析青海在推进生态发展转型过程中所面临的的挑战与机遇,尝试提出转型的路径。

Qinghai is one of the first demonstration areas of ecological civilization in China.Under the background of comprehensively advancing the rule of law, the construction of ecological rule of law culture plays an important role in promoting the construction of qinghai eco-civilization leading demonstration area. Based on the reality of ecological rule of law in qinghai province, this paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by qinghai province in the process of promoting ecological development and transformation, and tries to put forward the path of transformation.
