在高校科学定位、转型发展过程中,学生工作的内部与外部环境均发生了剧变,原有的关于学生工作的定位、内容体系、队伍建设已经不能完全适应变化和发展了的环境。为此,只有从观念的转变、工作的学科化、岗位的职业化、队伍的专业化、内容体系的科学化几方面实现高校学生工作的专业化发展,才能顺应时代,使学生工作在高等教育的变革中与时俱进,创新发展。
