“互联网+”智能化共享充电装置研究

摘要 本文主要针对电动汽车充电问题,利用相关知识设计制作了一套电动汽车智能化充电装置。该装置由地面充电装置和车载受电装置2部分组成,两者之间利用蓝牙技术相互联系。所述地面充电装置由主充电装置、保护装置、辅助定位装置和控制系统组成。所述主充电装置是由剪型折叠升降机构、交叉滚子轴承转台、直线导轨和红外定位摄像头组成的,可对充电口进行识别和定位,具有结构简单、高度低、精度高等优点。所述车载受电装置由一种欠驱动自动开合充电口防护门及其控制系统组成。所述充电口防护门利用平行四边形机构和弹性元件的组合,实现了利用一个电机控制充电口防护门的开合与压紧,使其具有较高的密封性并且降低了控制难度和生产成本。利用激光引导控制系统让定位更加精准,同时利用云服务器将装置与平台互联,让装置更加智能化,更加便捷。 This paper mainly aimed at the charging problem of electric vehicle. A set of intelligent charging device for electric vehicle was designed and made by internet technology. The device was composed of two parts, the ground charging device and the vehicle mounted electric device, and the two were connected by Bluetooth technology. The ground charging device was composed of a main charging device, a protective device and an auxiliary positioning device. The main charging device was composed of the shear folding and folding lifting mechanism, the cross roller bearing turntable, the linear guide rail and the infrared positioning camera. It could identify and locate the charging port, which had the advantages of simple structure, low height and high precision. The vehicle receiving device was composed of an underactuated automatic opening and closing charging door and a control system. The protective gate of the rechargeable charger used a combination of parallel quadrilateral and elastic elements to realize the use of a motor to control the opening and pressing of the protective gate of the charging port, so that it had high sealing ability and reduced the control difficulty and production cost. At the same time, the cloud server will connect the device to the platform to made the device more intelligent and convenient.
