Comparative Analysis of Energy Saving Steam Heater and Ordinary Steam Heater

节能型蒸汽加热器是新型的蒸汽加热器,与普通型蒸汽加热器相比具有较大优势。基于此,本文以某40 000Nm3/h空分装置中的蒸汽加热器为例,从结构、制造和降低污氮气阻力三方面对比分析能型蒸汽加热器与普通型蒸汽加热器。

The energy saving steam heater is a new type of steam heater, which has great advantages compared with the conventional steam heater. Based on this, this paper took the steam heater of a 40 000Nm3/h air separation unit as an example, and compared the energy type steam heater and the ordinary steam heater from three aspects of structure, manufacturing and reducing the resistance to nitrogen.
